About Me

Sarah Clark, P.T., C.L.T. received her physical therapy degree in the Netherlands. Dutch therapists are respected worldwide for their manual skills and holistic approach. Sarah has a gentle touch. She successfully treats patients, where therapy has failed them in the past. Having experienced chronic orthopedic pain, which was not relieved with traditional therapy, Sarah has a deeper understanding and appreciation of the rehab experience.

Holistic Physical Therapy is holistic because Sarah treats the whole person, (Mind , Body and Spirit). Sarah’s Dutch training allows her to treat people Holistically. The Dutch physical therapy curriculum has many classes regarding how pain relates to a person’s psyche in daily life. Sarah also provides education on stress management, energy conservation and relaxation.

Sarah treats people 1 on 1, the entire session. She uses various massage techniques, including myofascial release. Sarah uses craniosacral therapy, a light-touch therapy that treats the central nervous system to decrease pain. She also uses joint mobilizations which realigns bones and therapeutic exercises. Sarah treats musculoskeletal pain, headaches, and lymphedema of the upper extremity.

Many long-term pain conditions are successfully treated when given the attention it deserves.

Holistic Physical Therapy provides more treatment options than most practices.

Unfortunately, the most skilled treatments are reimbursed by insurance companies at a low rate.

Because the reimbursement rates are low for these highly-skilled treatments, most physical therapy practices only provide 10-15 minutes of these treatments.

The most skilled treatment options align your bones and heal through massage and touch.

At Holistic Physical Therapy, your entire session can be these treatments.
